We recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of a two-bedroom flat, including the garden, in the Canary Wharf area.
The project involved the complete demolition of all internal walls, stripping the property back to its bare structure, which allowed us to rebuild everything from scratch with a modern and functional design.
As part of the upgrades, we added a stylish and practical cloakroom on the ground floor, enhancing convenience for the residents. The property was further equipped with a state-of-the-art HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) unit, ensuring 24/7 air exchange for optimal indoor air quality and energy efficiency.
