Ghen is a brilliant tradesman, with great skills. He did both plumbing work and the kitchen for me. He found the time for us to purchase the materials together, and was never in a hurry, guiding me through and explaining in detail the quality and durability of the materials. He was also very keen on ensuring value-for-money for the materials. He was very jovial, polite, and a happy young man. In the end his finishing was a master class and it was completed on the agreed day. Very impressive. Despite his time and excellent work his price was extremely reasonable. We have been rennovating a flat in Walthamstow for more than 3 years and, over this period, have used a lot of different tradesmen. Ghenadie and his team have been the best. Very clear communication, very responsive, with all the work done to a high standard and on time. Even when a couple of snagging things happened he always made himself available to fix them. Would highly recommend him for works and we are currently talking about another job.
Couldn’t recommend DAGAT Developments enough, Ghendie, Oleg and his team were hardworking, reliable and extremely respectful to our neighbours regarding noise/mess of the renovations. We did a full flat renovation including new bathroom, new kitchen, outdoor terrace upgrade, loft extension, new tiles, new stairs, painting, electrical and underfloor heating / engineered floorboards. Ghenadie’s team was on site everyday including weekends for a little over eight weeks. It was astounding how quickly the work was done, all of extremely high quality. Ghenadie helped us through the whole process, including letting us know the best places to shop for materials and also helping us purchase these with his trade discounts.
