Our latest refurbishment project involved the complete renovation of a three double bedroom, two-bathroom house located in central Parsons Green. This stylish development features neutral decoration and ample storage throughout, meeting the highest standards of modern living.
The property, spread over three floors, was carefully redesigned to offer spacious living accommodations. On the ground floor, we created a charming reception area with a Crittall-style glazed partition and a bay window. The open-plan kitchen dining room extends to the rear of the property, with sliding Crittall-style doors opening onto an ample-sized patio garden. This outdoor space includes the addition of a ‘Big Green Egg BBQ’. All sliding doors and skylight glazing in the kitchen are double-glazed with sun shield protection to maintain a cool temperature in summer. The kitchen features top-quality finishes, generous storage, and high-efficiency appliances from Miele, Bora, Liebherr, and Bosch.
The first floor houses a double bedroom at the rear with sliding Crittall-style doors leading to a small balcony with a glass balustrade. We also refurbished another double bedroom with built-in storage and an extravagant bathroom featuring a separate roll-top bath, shower, Smart WC, and double sinks. Additionally, we installed a utility room on this floor, equipped with a separate washing machine, tumble dryer, and sink.
The top floor is dedicated entirely to the principal bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Our refurbishment included special features such as limewashed wall finishes, underfloor heating throughout, a WC with a Calacatta viola marble sink and Nero Marquinia marble floor, a large cloakroom on the ground floor with built-in storage for coats and shoes, and space for bikes and buggies. Flooring throughout the property includes limestone tiles and a Chevron oak parquet in the reception area.
