Here’s how we refurbished bathrooms. From the initial idea to the finished product! It’s not as scary as it sounds – we promise!

At this property we started with demolition of an old kitchen and bathroom, refurbishing the living room, and installing soundproof floors.

In order to create more space, we added a mezzanine floor. A mezzanine floor is a structural platform that cantilevers over an existing one or can be built from scratch on top of it. It can be used for storage space or as an additional living area.
